• The remaining 50% is due 1 month before arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: 75% of the deposit refunded 30 days before the arrival date. No deposit refunded if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the arrival date.

I recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay so you can get around the island as well. I can give you some recommendations.

There is a bus stop 200 meters from the villa, connecting to Corralejo or El Cotillo.

La Oliva is a rural village, away from the more touristy towns and villages (such as Corralejo, El Cotillo, or Lajares in the north of the island).

The neighborhood is quiet and airy. A block of several more or less identical villas, close to the main road connecting Corralejo to El Cotillo.
